Part-Time Water Truck Driver / Swing Driver

Functional Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible part-time Water Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves operating both water trucks and tandem dump trucks, requiring versatility and a broad skill set. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including base preparation, dust control, watering sod, and site cleanup:

Key Responsibilities:

Operate water trucks for dust control, base preparation, and watering sod

Drive tandem dump trucks as needed

Perform site cleanup duties

Ensure proper manual operation of vehicles

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Class A or B

Tank endorsement

Meet all tandem dump truck operation requirements

Experience in operating water trucks and tandem dump trucks

Knowledge of construction site operations and safety procedures

Ability to work flexible hours

Physical ability to perform manual labor as needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or related field

Familiarity with local roads and construction sites
